OEDO-KOH
An exceptionally lovely floral aroma, pure and delightful, making it an ideal selection for the spring season.
The he tradition of cherry blossom viewing became popular during the Edo period. The Somei Yoshino cherry tree, which can now be found in groves all over Japan, was initially cultivated as an ornamental garden variety in the village of Somei near Edo. Cherry blossom gatherings were also occasions for the people of Edo to socialize, present themselves, and showcase their beautiful kimonos, specially chosen for the event. People would sing and dance to celebrate the arrival of spring, while the enchanting scent of cherry blossoms marked the beginning of this vibrant season.
