OEDO-KOH
Imagine the lively atmosphere of a public bathhouse, four centuries ago in Japan, where neighbours come together, laughing and splashing in the water. It's a warm and friendly place for relaxation after a bath. Back in the Edo Period, people didn't have baths in their homes, so they built these communal bathhouses to meet their needs. At first, these bathhouses had steam baths, but later on, they had big bathtubs. People of all ages, genders, and social statuses would bathe together, so it was a place where everyone was treated equally.
One popular thing people used at the bathhouse was a scented lotion made from distilled floral scents. OEDO-KOH Water Drop is a fragrance that captures the warm, floral feeling you get when you step out of the bath, making you feel refreshed and relaxed.
During the Edo period, tin was a favoured metal by the upper class. Each incense box includes an incense holder that resembles the stone pavements of Edo.
